Our straight forward pricing takes any guess work out of your design cost.
A typical set of custom house plans will cost you 60 cents per finished square feet.

How does a typical design process work?

Step 1 - CONSULTATION Get your free design consultation. This is where we analyze your needs, wants, lifestyle, climate and budget to determine what style and design will suit you best.

Step 2 - COMMUNICATION We will communicate via fax or email with drawings that you may already like or drawings that we would suggest to you.

Step 3 - DOWN PAYMENT A design fee of $200 will be collected if you would like us to custom design a home for you.

Step 4 - PROPOSAL We will propose a custom design to you based on our communication.

Step 5 - MORE COMMUNICATION We will communicate once again with faxes or emails of drawings and revisions until we get your home just right for you.

Step 6 - FINAL DRAWINGS We will collect final payment and mail you your complete set of working drawings (reproducible vellums)and documents for the construction of your new home.
