A typical set of custom remodel house plans will cost you about $1,000 - $2,000.

How does a typical remodel design process work?

Step 1 - CONSULTATION Get your free design consultation. This is where we analyze your needs, wants, lifestyle, climate and budget to determine what style and design will suit you best.

Step 2 - COMMUNICATION We will meet you at the remodel site or you can send us detailed dimensions and photos. Then we will discuss in detail ideas and options.

Step 3 - DOWN PAYMENT A design fee of $200 will be collected if you would like us to custom design a remodel project.

Step 4 - PROPOSAL We will propose a custom design to you based on our communication.

Step 5 - MORE COMMUNICATION We will communicate once again with faxes or emails of drawings and revisions until we get your home just right for you.

Step 6 - FINAL DRAWINGS We will collect final payment and mail you your complete set of reproducible working drawings and documents for the construction of your remodeling project.
