Since 1992 I have been working with home owners to design their dream homes. I design specifically for your lot and take full advantage of any and all views and sunlight according to your needs. I am happy to communicate with a builder of your choice for ease of the construction process or refer one to you. All of the documents you need to acquire the building permit and build your new home are provided. With plenty of experience supervising construction projects and cost analysis I would be happy to help you estimate rough job cost for your new home.

A typical set of custom house plans will run between $1.00 and $2.00 per finished square foot.
